Returns

You can return an item (with the exception of custom orders and personalised goods) within 21 days or ordering. Please contact me as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving the item to advise me that you are returning it and then return the item within 21 days of receipt. It is advisable to use a tracked service for any returns. The customer is responsible for all postage and packaging costs on returned items and any items returned must be in the original packaging and as new, unused condition as items which are returned but which cannot be re-sold will not be refunded. On receiving the returned item a full product cost refund will be provided within 30 days.

Custom orders and personalised goods cannot be returned. Please make sure that the details you provide for customisation/personalisation are accurate as mistakes cannot be rectified once the product has been made and shipped.
