This is for an A5 sized printed 2nd year anniversary card made from rustic brown recycled kraft card with a little glittery silver heart under the wording. The inside of the card is left completely blank for your own message. Perfect to give to your partner on your anniversary or to your parents or friends just choose from the wording options available. If you would like to add your own wording, please select the personalised option and add a note to seller on the order page to tell me the exact wording you would like to appear on the front.
